Olivia Chen is a family nurse practitioner with a special interest in preventative medicine, women’s health, and holistic care. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing, Olivia dedicated her career to helping patients take proactive steps toward healthier, more balanced lives. She has worked in both private practice and community health clinics, often serving diverse populations with a wide range of medical needs. Olivia’s philosophy is rooted in building long-term, trusting relationships with her patients, allowing her to provide care that addresses the whole person — body, mind, and lifestyle. She is skilled in chronic disease prevention, lifestyle counseling, and family health management. When she’s not in the clinic, Olivia enjoys practicing yoga, exploring local farmers’ markets, and traveling to experience new cultures and cuisines.
Jake Flannigan, NP
Jake Flannigan is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, and chronic disease management. He began his career as a registered nurse before advancing his education to better serve patients in rural and underserved communities. Jake has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, from busy urban clinics to small-town practices, and is known for his approachable style and ability to explain complex medical concepts in a way that makes sense to his patients. His professional interests include preventative health, diabetes management, and mental wellness. Outside of the clinic, Jake is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time with his family in the mountains.
Hannah Pierce, BSN
Hannah Pierce is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a strong background in emergency and critical care nursing. Her career began in a fast-paced trauma center where she quickly developed skills in rapid assessment, acute intervention, and collaborative care. Over the past decade, Hannah has worked with patients of all ages and backgrounds, often during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She is a strong advocate for evidence-based practice and is deeply committed to ongoing professional development, having completed advanced training in critical care nursing, ACLS, and pediatric emergency care. Hannah is passionate about patient education and works hard to ensure that individuals and families leave the hospital feeling informed and empowered. Outside of work, she enjoys running, traveling to new cities, and volunteering for disaster relief organizations.
Maria Delgado, RN
Maria Delgado is a licensed practical nurse with over a decade of hands-on experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, and home health. She began her journey in healthcare as a medical assistant, but her passion for direct patient care led her to earn her LPN license. Maria’s calm, patient demeanor has made her a favorite among patients and families, particularly in environments where ongoing care and trust are essential. She takes pride in helping patients recover their independence and quality of life after illness or injury. In addition to her nursing work, Maria has mentored new LPNs, sharing her knowledge on best practices for patient safety, infection control, and compassionate communication. When she’s not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking traditional family recipes, and volunteering at local community health events.
Thomas Reed, RN
Thomas Reed is a registered nurse with more than 15 years of experience in surgical nursing and postoperative recovery. He began his career in orthopedics before transitioning into general surgery, where he developed expertise in managing patient care from preoperative preparation to full recovery. Thomas is known for his meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that patients receive safe, high-quality care at every stage of the surgical process. He has served on multiple hospital committees dedicated to improving patient safety, reducing infection rates, and streamlining discharge planning. In addition to his clinical work, Thomas enjoys mentoring nursing students and newly graduated RNs as they begin their careers in the operating room and recovery units. Outside of nursing, Thomas spends his free time cycling, camping, and working on home renovation projects.
